Aspire Pathway Group is a family run business that prides themselves on their support to residents as-well as creating a happy community within their staff team. We believe enabling staff to have a positive balance between work life and personal life creates a content team who can grow with the business.

We currently have 8 homes across Derby and in the near months will be expanding to further areas.

Due to our expansion we need a team of qualified Senior Support Workers that have completed their Level 2/3 specifically working with children.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting the registered manager, deputy manager and the residential support workers to achieve a high quality care service and to provide a strong and motivational leadership to the team.

Support the needs of children and young people, to be an advocate for their well-being.
- To assist your managers to ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
- Responsibility for safeguarding and promoting individual rights, providing good quality care which is free from oppression, and where differences are respected and valued.
- To support the implementation of a development plan for the service that ensures the delivery of high quality, clinically informed practice.
- Achieve the highest standards of care for the children and young people.
- To co-ordinate and monitor casework and administrative functions of the home and evaluate standards of performance.
- To assist and supervise the continual assessment of the needs of the children and young people, and to identify and prepare specific development plans to ensure the most appropriate service provision.
