**Position**:
We're looking for energetic non-domestic energy assessors who would like to progress in the industry with great support from our Team.
- Work on a wide range of buildings including some of the largest portfolios in the UK
- Liaise with clients on their compliance strategies and help them achieve more energy-efficient buildings.
- Get enrolled in training courses to develop your skills on and off site.

Purpose of this position

The Non-Domestic Energy Assessor is responsible for conducting energy assessments on non-domestic buildings and producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and for modelling and reporting improvement scenarios

Role: Level 4/5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

**Salary**: From £40,000 + generous bonus scheme + healthcare package

Location: Home/site based working, reporting to Faringdon Oxfordshire


Key objectives

Assisting clients to comply with MEES and EPC regulations

Key responsibilities

1. -Conduct energy assessments on non-domestic buildings,

2. -Use specialized software to model the energy use of the building and produce an EPC

3. -Provide recommendations to assist with client compliance requirements

4. -Ensure that all energy assessments are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations, conventions and guidelines

5. -Maintain accurate records of energy assessments and EPCs produced

6. -Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of energy assessment and keep relevant knowledge and skills current

7. -Attend in-house and remote training and professional development opportunities as required
- Ensure high quality work is delivered in a timely manner;
- Provide specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures;
- Log and update files, folders and records on our internal systems;
- Develop and maintain a relationship with our clients or their representatives to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently;
- Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives;
- To be an ambassador for the company at all times internally and externally;

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of Level 4 Non-domestic EPC Assessor accreditation is essential, preferably with 2 years at experience; Proficiency with specialized energy assessment software (Design Builder/IESVE); Clean driving licence is essential; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferable.
