Cmm Technician

Working for a market leading manufacturing business with over 230 employees on site, they are poised for further growth and investment. They are seeking to recruit a confident and professional CMM Technician who will help deliver unrivalled levels of excellence.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Maintain detailed activity logs of ISIR and FAIR inspection data
- Conduct Initial Sample Inspection (ISIR) and First Article Inspection (FAIR) using CMM (Axiom II coordinate Measurement Machine)
- Conduct capability studies / gauge R&R as directed
- Conduct Machine Shop Dimensional Inspections
- Participate in AS9100 internal audits

**Competencies, Skills and Experience**
- Working knowledge and use of basic Metrology tool, Imperial and Metric
- Able to understand and read engineering drawings
- Excellent knowledge of Quality Systems
- Internal auditing to ISO 9001/AS9100
- Ability to maintain detailed quality records
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- IT literate including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accuracy and attention to detail and able to work unsupervised
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
