OHSPIC is a national specialist clinic led by Professor Paul Salkovskis, formed of a team with unique specialist expertise and experience in CBT. OHSPIC provides CBT interventions for children, young people and adults across the lifespan, including in the context of neurodiversity. OHSPIC provides individualised, formulation driven CBT interventions including home visits and working online.

As a member of a national specialist team you will work closely with other highly specialist clinicians with extensive experience in CBT including in OCD, health anxiety, trauma and PTSD, hoarding, tics and misophonia. You will receive expert clinical supervision and will have access to a wide range of CPD opportunities. There are excellent opportunities for research and teaching / training.

We seek to recruit a highly specialist Band 8b Principal Clinical / Counselling Psychologist / Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to provide psychological assessments and CBT interventions for adults, children and young people with severe and / or complex mental health problems.

You should be able to demonstrate your experience, skills and qualifications in CBT in specialist mental health settings including CYP.
