**Job Title: Credit Controller**

**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Limit Reviews - review credit reference reports and financial information to maintain/increase or reduce credit limits and payment terms
- Negotiate and agree payment plans
- Manage invoice queries
- Cater to customers individual invoicing requirements
- Take credit/debit card payments
- Report on credit insurance breaches
- Maintenance of Cash Books
- Maintenance of customers’ external accounting software

**To be considered for the role you must have;**
- Previous experience of working in credit control
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A fast learner that is able to adapt quickly to different environments
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage own time effectively
