Customer Advisor

**Role Description**:
Applicants must be able to work the rota below at Batley Sports and Tennis Centre:
**Week 1**

Saturday: 09:00-16:30

Sunday: 09:00-16:30

**Week 2**

Sunday: 09:00-16:30

**Requirements of Customer Advisor**
- 6 months work/volunteer experience within a customer facing environment
- The ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities of Customer Advisor**
- Taking part in all relevant sales activity
- Cash handling
- Basic IT skills

We need to make you aware that anyone who is still in compulsory education (last Friday in June in the school year in which someone reaches their 16th birthday) that there are some restrictions in place per this guide here, as such these roles may not be suitable.
