Senior Recruitment Consultant
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for daily and monthly bank reconciliations including posting bank receipts and payments in multiple companies.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Compile information for weekly reporting
- Processing of invoices, credit notes and reconciliation of statements from suppliers
- Liaise with other functions within the company to resolve queries, ensuring good relationships are maintained.

**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational/administrative skills with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Methodical approach to problem resolution, with a focus on self-ownership
- Be able to work consistently to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Experience of working with accounting software (Sage 200 is desirable, but not essential)
