KnowledgeBrief has been a trailblazer in Leadership and Management training for over 15 years, offering a unique learning experience through our KBPro platform. In 2023, we expanded our apprenticeship portfolio by introducing the L5 Coaching Professional course. Due to substantial growth, we are actively looking for an experienced apprenticeship coaching assessor to join our dynamic team.

The L5 Coaching Professional course, designed to elevate the coaching skills of leaders and managers, plays a pivotal role in our commitment to empowering individuals. As part of this course, learners are equipped to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams across organisations, fostering empowerment and engagement to enhance their professional performance.

We are specifically seeking individuals with a wealth of high-level coaching experience and a deep understanding of apprenticeship delivery. **Role Overview**:
As a Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding a diverse cohort of learners through the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship standard, focusing on individualised development. This position goes beyond traditional apprenticeship roles, requiring a unique blend of coaching skills, commitment, and the ability to integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into the learners' development journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary coaching, support, and motivation to a cohort of adult learners enrolled in the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship.
- Develop robust plans for each learner's unique learning journey, showcasing deliberate and well-structured progress from their starting point.
- Integrate on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into learners' development journeys, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic learning experience.
- Tailor additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal goals.
- Engage line managers in learners' progress and conduct regular tripartite reviews.
- Encourage learners to enhance their business math and English skills with the support of the Functional Skills Tutor.
- Prepare learners for the end-point assessment gateway, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Ensure learners fulfil off-the-job learning requirements and meet the standards' expectations.
- Proactively engage and re-engage learners who may be falling behind in their learning.
- Participate in Apprenticeship Team & Standardisation meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching practices.
- Work proactively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learner progress, achievement, and outcomes.
- Regularly update and maintain learning records on our e-learning platform.
- Foster a passion for learning and effectively engage with learners from diverse industries and backgrounds.
- Inspire and motivate learners to set ambitious goals and achieve success in their learning.
- Ensure a rewarding learning experience for all learners at KnowledgeBrief.
- Promote awareness of safeguarding principles and policies and adhere to them.

**Skills and Experience**:

- L5 or above Coaching Certificate or Diploma (essential)
- Relevant experience coaching leaders or managers in business (essential)
- Recognised teaching qualification (desirable) EMCC membership (desirable)
