Position: Experienced Ground Workers/Gangers

**Responsibilities**:
Perform a wide range of ground work tasks, including:

- Excavation, levelling, ducting, block work and drainage installation.
- Operate and maintain various construction machinery and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Utilise concrete finishing skills to prepare and lay concrete surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to accurately execute assigned tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Ground Worker, with concrete finishing skills and machine operation proficiency.
- Solid understanding of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
- Proficient in operating a variety of construction machinery, such as excavators, dump trucks, and rollers.
- Excellent knowledge of concrete finishing techniques.
- Strong ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Complete required site paper work
- Be able to read and understand drawings

**Required Training**:
