Tax Executive

Tax Executive - Retail - Solihull - £25k - £30k

We are recruiting for our longstanding client who are looking to appoint a Tax Executive to join their busy team. This is a vibrant retail organisation that has an ambitious and energetic workforce.

As Tax Executive you will be involved in the preparation of all the group’s VAT returns. This role would suit an individual who has had exposure to Intrastat and EC Sales as you support the preparation of other indirect tax filings. Your role will also coverother elements of financial accounting as you maintain balance sheet reconciliations, maintain ongoing compliance with internal risk management policies.

You will also work closely with your qualified superiors as they take an active role in your development and progression. They will encourage you to make your mark within the department by identifying areas for process improvement and working to source andimplement a solution.

Ideally, you will:

- Possess excellent IT Skills. Working experience using Microsoft Excel would be highly advantageous.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and qualities of initiative and drive.
