**Job Overview**

Are you a motivated professional looking for a fantastic opportunity to move into a new role which offers real potential for growth and development? EnteroBiotix is seeking a motivated professional to manage our vital Donor Recruitment Programme.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have proven experience working within a similar operational management role and will have valuable expertise in management of people, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will also be motivated, resilient, and have a real interest in continuous personal development.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Manage day-to-day donor programme operations.
- Donor recruitment and coordination.
- Proactively support the team in developing new donor recruitment strategies.
- Manage the donor register in compliance with confidentiality and all applicable standards.
- Coordinate prospective and current donor blood and stool testing with donors.
- Identifying and managing risk to ensure the effective execution of the ‘Number 2’ donor programme.
- Reporting regularly to management and involved stakeholders as required.
- Ensuring that work is done in line with company processes, industry, and regulatory standards.
- Supporting the continuous improvement to the Research and Development processes both internally to the department and across the business.
- Writing and maintaining appropriate donor management quality documentation within the Quality System.
- Operational delivery of team or technical plan to ensure achievement of Company objectives.
- Implement policy and deliver related activities to meet the complex needs of the Company.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the department heads and colleagues to make decisions regarding operational delivery.
- Manage and develop self with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.

**What are we looking for?**

**Essential**
- Good Clinical Practice training/Informed consent training.
- Experience recruiting for human research trials.
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate and plan work packages, resources, and stakeholders.
- Excellent levels of communication, both verbal and written.
- Successful track record of dealing with various stakeholders, internally and externally.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, vital for completing documentation.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and data sets.

**Desirable**
- Sound experience and knowledge of research project management.
- A working knowledge or interest in the field of the microbiome.
- Experience of successfully managing a small team with limited resource.
- Experience of project finance/controlling experience.
- Driving license advantageous.
