Glenmoor & Winton Academies are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, versatile and reliable person to run our student reception, working 15 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, term time only, with an option to increase the hours to 24 hours per week.
The position is varied and can be extremely busy at times, so requires a person who is friendly, professional and can remain calm under pressure. The majority of the role will be reception duties, but you may also be required to undertake a range of clerical and administrative support tasks during quieter times so confidence communicating on the phone and in undertaking administrative duties is essential.
