- Process improvements - using ADP
- Exploring the business processes and analysis for improvements
- Analysis of payroll and pension data
- Support in management of payroll team
- Full exploration of payroll process and highlight improvements
- Project management of payroll processes

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful payroll specialist will be:

- Proven track record in Payroll Project/Specialist role
- Management of process improvements
- ADP Experience - MUST
- Key driver and delivery of successful implementations
