Residential Surveyor

Fieldhouse Residential Ltd. is a privately owned company, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties, we have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Surveyor to join the team at our office in Chertsey, Surrey.

As we continue to grow as a company, we are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for property and providing excellent client and customer service.

You will be responsible for proactively managing a varied portfolio of properties alongside one of our Directors. Duties will include but are not limited to day-to-day reporting for the properties, assisting in the preparation of accounts, cost analysis and management, overseeing and managing planned maintenance projects, reacting and dealing with unplanned maintenance issues and liaising with customers and clients, no two days are ever the same.
