Health Trainers work with the community to support individuals to improve their lifestyles. Health Trainers also support the delivery of healthy lifestyle programs and projects delivered by the health improvement team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, committed, and wants to make and impact on their community. Someone with experience supporting individuals in a health or community setting would suit this role however full training will be provided. This role involves working one evening per week (until 8pm) and occasional weekends.
- The role will involve regular travel across the borough and sometimes further afield. Therefore, the post holder must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. Where necessary, reasonable adjustments will be made in accordance with the Equality Act (2010)._
