My client, a hotel located in Worcester is looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef on a Permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the role include
- supervise junior chefs on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food
- demonstrate high levels of service at all times
- monitor stock levels
- ensure H & S and Food Hygiene adhered to at all times
- report any maintenance issues to appropriate management immediately
- Take control in Head Chef's absence
- To be flexible and help other departments if necessary
