Estate Planner - Job Description
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
The post holder shall:
- Manage inbound enquiries generated by our partners to promote products and services,
- Process all orders in a compliant manner via our CRM system,
- Manage diary and pipeline of opportunities whilst managing their time effectively,
- Contact customers who have purchased a service from us and take instruction from them,
- Provide solutions to customers who have requested information on Estate planning services,
- Be comfortable to work in a client facing role to nurture new clients and develop new business,
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
Good communications skills and a drive to deliver results in a Telesales environment are essential as post holders will need to adapt and tailor communication to deliver the expected level of service to the client. Experience in writing Wills and providing advice on Power of attorneys is desirable,to be able to provide customers with accurate and relevant guidance on other Estate planning products and services. Strong customer service skills with a willing and positive attitude are also key to this role.
**Experience Requirements**
**Administration**
Minimum 1 years Administration experience,
**Sales**
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Telesales environment.
**IT Skills**
Confident in the use of bespoke software packages
**Teamwork / Communication**
Works well as part of team;
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbal & written;
Displays empathy and diplomacy.
**Customer Relationship Management**
Good communication skills & adapts style of communication to customer;
Good understanding of the importance of high standards and service;
**Delivery**
Ensures health and safety procedures are met;
Understanding of legal requirements.
**Education Qualifications**
GCSE level of education especially in English and Mathematics.

**Salary**: £30k to £35k dependant on experience Plus Unlimited bonus
