Job Overview:
Duties to include:

- Maintenance of the properties i.e repairing leaks and damage
- Very basic electrical knowledge
- Maintenance of grass and garden areas. Grass cutting with company mowers
- Basic plumbing knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Basic painting and decorating

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Driving licence is essential
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team
