We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our community therapy team as Band 3 Physiothreapy assistant working across the community resource teams in Conwy County.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and proactive multi-disciplinary team providing interventions both independently and as part of a well-supported team. Relevant experience within a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is desired.

You will help provide patient-centred physiotherapy to optimise an individual’s independence and improve their overall rehabilitation seeing patients within their own home.

You will be supported in your development within the role through regular supervision and training.

They need to have good communication skills, be confident, friendly and approachable and able to work flexibly.

Training and ongoing development will be available from a supportive, established team in a beautiful part of the UK.

The role includes driving - there is access to a pool vehicle

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
