We are looking for a confident Telesales Agent to join our Hire desk team. Working closely with the on site Hire Desk team, you will predominately support powered-access sales, whilst providing sales support in other areas of the business as required.

**Core Tasks**
- Contact potential customers, promoting the Company’s products and services while building an awareness of customer needs to qualify leads that are likely to buy.
- Call existing customers to inform them of new product releases and promotions.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and conduct regular follow-up calls to seek out repeat business.
- Take and process orders for customers, upselling and cross-selling additional products or services in order to maximise revenue.
- Create and maintain customer accounts, recording current leads, customer sales and customer contact information.
- Conduct follow up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services provided, tracking satisfaction scores to assist in improving the company’s service delivery.

**Person Specification**
- Proven track record in outbound sales, ideally in both B2B and B2C roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience with telephone, computer and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet targets whilst working under pressure.
- Outbound sales experience within the plant hire, construction and/or transport industries desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
