As part of the Direct Maintenance Service, you will organize and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair work for our housing stock. Whilst delivering an efficient and customer focused service you will coordinate the servicesof other trades to ensure a seamless service to tenants. Further to this you will also ensure services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.

Our ideal Heating Engineer is motivated with a positive attitude, you must have an extensive experience of gas servicing, boiler repairs and breakdowns. You will also have experience in fault-finding on all makes of gas appliances. If you have the aboveexperience combined with the below qualifications, you are exactly what we are looking for

Essential Requirements for the role:

- NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Valid CPA1 Certificate or Competence
- Current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT1 and MET1, CODC1, TPCP1A
- G3 certificate in unvented hot water systems
- WRAS water regulations certificate of competence
- Part L energy efficiency practitioner
- Part P - Electrical

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a valid driving licence and you will also be required to undertake stand-by call-out duties for emergency breakdowns. You will receive additional payment for call out.
