Inlumi is seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with expertise in OneStream. As part of a global team of over 250 specialists, the EPM Consultant will provide advisory and technology implementation support to assist the office of the CFO in achieving digital transformation. This position requires a strong understanding of technology-enabled change and its impact on business performance. The EPM Consultant will work collaboratively to ensure the successful implementation of OneStream as a tool for enabling customers to understand their data, deliver it where and when it is needed most, and make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical expertise in OneStream implementation and maintenance
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand and translate their requirements into effective solutions
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure optimal use of OneStream
- Maintain active communication and engagement with project stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest recommendations for enhancement
- Develop and maintain best practice documentation
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Inlumi team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EPM and OneStream implementation
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and business processes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 50%)
