We are looking for a Clinical Trials Assistant to join The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Manchester Clinical Research Facility (CRF) at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will assist with the administration of research projects within R&I in conjunction with the Clinical Trials Manager. Close liaison is required between the research team, MFT Research Office and the Local Clinical Research Network.

To administer research projects in conjunction with study leads, senior investigators, research nursing staff and the R&IM.

To provide administrative assistance to senior staff R&I for study management purposes across R&I as required.

To provide administrative support for invoicing, travel expenses and other financial transactions, including ordering supplies.

To liaise with internal departments, such as R&D, pharmacy, labs and radiology, to set up studies, collect data and notify of study closure.

To be able to organise own time and workload with prioritisation.
