Thee main purpose of the role is to support the helpdesk team logging new jobs onto the internal systems with administration tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating quotes, sending to customers
- Assisting in sharing of information on existing/new customers
- Co-ordinating and inputting of data on customer portals
- Managing internal/external calls
- Liaising with contractors for new callouts and existing
key Skills:
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong excel and word
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
- Able to prioritise workload
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bury, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
