- Gi Group are working with one of the UKs' leading industrial cleaning businesses based on the outskirts of Stockton on Tees. Due to increasing work our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team.- Due to the rural location having access to own transport would be a benefit.
- The role will typically involve;- Checking the number of hours employees have worked
- Calculating wages and salaries
- Collaborating with the human resources department to maintain employee data
- Calculating pay raises, shift payments and overtime compensation
- Issuing tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them
- Deducting tax and insurance payments
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, pay slips and other payroll matters
- Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately
- Initiating direct deposits
