**Customer Service Administrator** Salary: £18500- £20392 - dependant on skills and experience.
Hours working as a **Customer Service Administrator**: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
About the **Customer Service Administrator** role:

- Managing the process from enquiry to completed order
- Responsible for after-sales follow-ups
- You will keep customers constantly informed of all relevant promotions and marketing
- Build and sustain professional internal and external relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues
- Able to fully utilise all of the internal company IT systems

What skills and experience do you need:

- Excellent communication skills
- Some office based customer service / administration experience
- Good IT skills
- Team player
- Initiative
