Production Supervisor

A trusted supplier of temporary protection materials are looking for an experienced **Production Supervisor** to join their dynamic team **Sheffield** team.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations outside of regular management hours.

**What will you be doing as a Manufacturing Supervisor?**
- Acting as the senior authority on-site during non-management hours
- Assuming full site responsibility for out-of-hours operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures
- Managing communication with off-site staff and resources to ensure seamless coordination
- Supervising production processes to meet quality and waste targets
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of company materials to minimise operating costs
- Taking accountability for the quality and output of products manufactured
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on production performance
- Collaborating closely with other shift supervisors to maintain operational efficiency

**What do you need?**
- Previous supervising experience
- A background in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- Previous experience working within the plastics/recycling industry (beneficial)
- A background in injection moulding/plastics processing (beneficial)
