Night Baker/baker

Westgate on Sea, United Kingdom STAPLE Full time

Staple is looking for a night baker to join the team 2024.

The baker would need to have 2-3 years experience within a bakery and be confident to open the bakery early and work solo.

You would be required to bake all the viennoiserie and sourdough in the morning, start all the doughs for the day and then help the team dress and present all the products.

The shifts would be Wedneday to Sunday for 3 weeks then Monday to Friday for a week on a rotation. Meaning after every month there would be a 4 day break.

The hours would be 2am-10am however on the Monday and Tuesday shifts once a month it would start slightly later. As this is a new role the hours haven't been set yet so there is room for a discussion about them

You would be need to be able to travel to Westgate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
