Key Responsibilities:

- **Childcare and Education**: Follow policies, procedures, and systems to meet the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of the children.
- **Engagement**: Get involved in children's activities to stimulate and extend their learning.
- **Sensitivity**: Demonstrate sensitivity toward children and families within the facility.
- **Administration**: Assist in the admission and induction of new children, and maintain all necessary records to meet internal, E.Y.D.C.P, and Ofsted requirements.
- **Health and Safety**: Promote excellent health and safety practices, respond effectively to any issues, and report any necessary matters.
- **General Duties**: Perform any other duties as requested by the management team, commensurate with the general nature of the position.

Qualifications and Training:

- **Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification**: Required for the role.
- **Functional Skills**: Level 1/2 in Maths and English (if needed).
- **End-Point Assessment (EPA)**: To be completed as part of the apprenticeship.
- **Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)**: Included in the training program.
- **Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)**: Integrated into the apprenticeship.
- **Training**: Both on-the-job and off-the-job training will be provided, with the location to be confirmed.

Working Hours:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, with shifts to be confirmed.
