Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, an Administrator to work for a successful and growing organisation based in Leyland.

**ADMINISTRATOR**

**Job Title**:Administrator Fixed Term (12 months)

**Location**:Leyland

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave. Our client operates across two sites in Leyland and Thornton-Cleveleys. You will be able to work from the site closer to yourhome, however it may be necessary on some occasions for you to travel to the other site as required.

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for providing general and business systems administrative support within the SHEQ department, which is inclusive of all aspects of our Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality services.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in accordance with the company Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality policy and procedures.
- Responsible for providing effective administrative support within theSHEQ business function, to include:

- Preparation and accurate updating of documentation in relation to tasks specific to our safety, health, environmental, and quality services.
- Effective utilisation of the company business systems, including procure to pay processes.
- Liaise with external service providers to collate, store, and record appropriate safety, health, environmental and quality work related documentation.
- Support in safety, health, environmental and quality audits.
- Support in the delivery of project related activities specific to our safety, health, environmental, and quality services.

**Work Experience**:

- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role (Essential)
- Work experience in (Essential)
- Office administration.
- Business systems utilisation.
- Data and information management.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Quality management system documentation control (Desirable)

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Ability to work as part of a team (Essential)
- Good verbal and written skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels (Essential)
- Excellent organisational skills (Essential)
- Microsoft Office skills (Essential)
- Awareness of Procure to pay processes (Desirable)

**Education & Training**:

- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (Essential)
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (Desirable)
