Flannery is currently seeking a motivated and diligent Jet Washer to join our team. The Jet Washer will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of our fleet of construction equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment is well-maintained and ready for use on various construction sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate jet washing equipment to clean construction machinery thoroughly.
- Inspect machinery for any damage or defects before and after washing.
- Remove dirt, grime, and debris from machinery surfaces, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to effectively remove stubborn stains or build-up.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washing area and equipment storage.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs identified during the cleaning process to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed, including basic maintenance and yard organization.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or plant hire industry.
- Knowledge of operating jet washing equipment and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
