The Team & Focus of the Role

Would you like to join our established and driven infrastructure team in Ashby? This office serves our clients within the utilities and infrastructure sector, and they are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients to ensure their assets are being managed and maintained safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

We are offering this role as a temporary, full-time contract at 37.5 hours/week, based at our Estates Office in Ashby. As a member of an established client team the role involves a daily rota, so your 7.5 hours can vary between 8am and 530pm.

Duties will include:

- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and re-directing calls as required
- Processing LSBUD & solicitor enquiries
- Raising site visit requests with the client
- Maintenance of landowner records
- Archiving client records
- Mail merges for client letters and newsletters
- Local Authority & Land Registry administration
- Raising client invoices and monthly finance reporting
- Arranging meetings, managing agendas and minutes
- Administration and answering the phone for other teams in the office
- Highly organised

- Able to deal with difficult conversations
- And will have strong written and oral communication skills
