We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently operate Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance and Reach) to move and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Perform regular stock rotation to maintain inventory integrity and minimize product aging.
- Utilize warehouse management systems, including SAP, to accurately record stock movements, transactions, and updates.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to facilitate the timely movement of materials for manufacturing processes.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, verifying quantities, and inspecting materials for damage.
- Proactively identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or potential safety hazards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Valid Forklift Licenses (Counterbalance and Reach) are required.
- Previous experience working in a warehousing role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document stock movements.
- Familiarity with stock rotation principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
- Adherence to safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
