We are looking for an Associate Scientist to join our team in Royston. You will have a degree or master’s in a life sciences discipline or equivalent and relevant laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or academic environment.

**What you will accomplish together with us**
- Designing, assembling, conducting, and analysing cell-based assays to improve the functionality of the iQue and Incucyte.
- Developing new reagents, protocols and software solutions as well as involving advanced cell models and analyses.
- Conducting, troubleshooting, analysing and summarising data from cell-based experiments.
- Participating in new product development and improving existing product ranges
- Collaborating with a range of internal and customer facing functions including product management, marketing, and field sales | support.
- Expanding collaboration with many renowned commercial and academic partners.

**What will convince us**
- A degree or master’s in a life sciences discipline or equivalent.
- Relevant laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or academic environment.
- Knowledge of mammalian cell culture and microtiter-plate based methods.
- Some assay design and data interpretation experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of flow cytometry, live-cell analysis or molecular analysis.
- Understanding of pharmacological analyses
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Capable of working in a team.
