Night Shift Supervisor

iRecruitment are an employment agency based in Crewe, Cheshire. On behalf of one of our clients in Sandbach we are looking for a night shift supervisor / welder on a temporary to permanent basis.

As the night shift supervisor you will be responsible for the running of the shift, setting the nights work and supervising two other team members.

The role is a working role where you would also be required to work in a welding bay to contribute to getting work completed by your teams.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- MIG welding experience (not jig work, a weld test would need to be completed)
- the ability to motivate and manage staff.
- the ability to organise your time and workload.
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- the ability to use your initiative.
- patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- excellent verbal communication skills.

In return for the above you would recieve:

- 4night shift pattern Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 18:30 - 06:30
