Document Controller

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Working with the design department to download from various internet based or electronic drawing repositories such drawings and/or documents as are required for a specific contract.
- Issue drawings and/or documents to customers as required either manually or by electronic upload together with maintenance of the required drawing issue registers.
- Maintenance of contract files, drawings and documentation.
- Assist with the design office preparation and issue of As Built drawings.
- Scanning of project documentation to Nexus, in line with the company file naming convention

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
