We are seeking an extremely motivated and skilled **Telesales Agent** to join our highly performing team.

With a constantly growing business we need enthusiastic, driven people to keep us as the Market leaders in the aluminium world. We have a fantastic new revamped Sales Office in **Middlesbrough.**

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Ability to convert calls into leads for our sales reps
- Communication skills with a professional phone manner
- To be highly motivated, competitive spirit and eager to bring in new work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, strong desire to succeed
