Trust & Grants Fundraiser

RM Recruit is working with a brilliant charity located in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are on the lookout for a Trust and Grants Fundraiser on a part-time permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week. Our client is offering a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Main duties include:

- To work with the Trust and Grants Manager to create plans for reaching fundraising and income targets.
- Create and maintain a wide-reaching pipeline of potential grant funders
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share information
- Lead and motivate direct reports to achieve shared aims and objectives
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as requested by the line manager
- Assist with the research for funding opportunities
- Participate in the annual appraisal programme
- Maintain high professional standards and continuing professional development
