I am delighted to be on the hunt for a warm, kind and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a truly wonderful special school in Gloucester which provide education to over 300 children with special educational needs. The children have varying types of SEND - ASD, PMLD and other complex needs. They operate on a huge site with great facilities for the children enrolled there.
You must have worked with SEND before - whether it be ASD, SEMH or physical disabilities, they are open to welcoming you for a meet and greet, but SOME experience with SEND will be necessary,

Day-to-day duties of this role might include;
- Organising small group sessions to support academic development
- Supporting the children academically during large group class time
- Working 1:1 with students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Assisting the class teacher with the smooth day-to-day classroom

**Salary**: £82.00-£87.00 per day
