Our Bakers work closely with our chefs, producers and growers to develop, constantly communicating feedback and to develop their individual skills, goals and helping with product planning for the coming year.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 years experience within a busy bakery/kitchen/catering environment

A passion for real bread and how its made

An appreciation for creativity, aesthetics and presentation of food.

A TROVE BAKER MUST BE ABLE TO:
Work and maintain a clean environment

Manage stock and ordering

Contribute to seasonal product planning, costings and specials

Keep up to date with health and safety and due diligence

Perform under pressure and deliver excellent customer service consistently

Demonstrate a passion for quality food and drink.

Flexible to work evening, late nights, early mornings and weekends on rota basis
