**Job Title**: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

**Location**: North-west London

**Pay rate**: £96.90- £102.80

Anzuk are currently working with various schools around North-west London to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).

Your role may involve providing ad-hoc or dedicated 1-1 support to specific children and providing whole-class support in lessons. You’ll also help maintain the learning environments, assist with administration and provide ad-hoc management or support.

You will not find yourself getting bored in this role Each day brings new challenges, opportunities for development and to demonstrate your supportive skills as a Learning Support Assistant

**The role of a Learning Support Assistant**:

- Work with a small number of students in small groups outside of the classroom on specific programmes
- Produce and monitor Learning Plans for SEN students, including preparing targets, programmes and strategies
- Liaise with classroom teachers, assisting with planning and differentiation where necessary
- Develop a positive and nurturing relationship as Key Worker for a small number of SEN students, and maintain contact with parents

**Successful Learning support assistants will have**:

- Experience of working with children with Special Education Needs (SEN), particularly children on the Autism Spectrum
- The ability to manage a small group of children with complex social communication needs
- Valid work rights for UK
- An up to date CV
- Patience and great communication skills
