**Mail Order and Post room assistant**

Crawford Metal Detectors is a busy mail order and distribution company suppling mainly to the UK metal detector enthusiasts and trade. We are UK distributor for Minelab, the world’s leading metal detector brand.

Working from our Scunthorpe Branch, you will be part of a small team processing and packing orders daily.

**Duties.**

Downloading orders from our website and selling platforms

Picking, preparing, and packing orders

Taking telephone orders and dealing with telephone enquiries.

Stock input and processing

**Qualifications and Skills**

No previous experience is necessary as full training is given however experience of order processing will be an advantage.

You must be computer literate to a reasonable standard
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be able to work alone or part of a team
Knowledge of E-Commerce and EPOS systems not essential but is an advantage.

You will work 9am to 4pm on a 5 day system. Saturdays are worked on a rota system and a lieu day given for every Saturday worked.

Salary based on minimum wage but negotiable based on age and experience.
