Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital and print
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects
- Use software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and WordPress to create designs
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Experience with WordPress for website design
- Familiarity with sketching and photography for design inspiration
- Experience with animation tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

TASKS

liaises with client to clarify aims of project brief, discusses media, software and technology to be used, establishes timetable for project and defines budgetary constraints

undertakes research into project, considers previous related projects and compares costs of using different processes

prepares sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes and other mock-ups to show clients and discusses any required alterations

prepares specification and instructions for realisation of the project

liaises with other parts of the production team to ensure graphic design fits with other elements, processes and timescales

produces or oversees creation of the final product

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
