Cafe Staff

**Feather & Heart** is a vibrant and independent cafe / restaurant business serving fresh, exciting and well-presented Food, Coffee, Wines & Cocktails.

We are looking for creative and efficient individuals to join us. We are a continually expanding brand looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to help us produce the highest quality dishes and beverages.

**We currently have a variety of positions available (Training will be provided)**:
Barista / All Rounder

Waiter / Waitress / All Rounder

**Requirements**:

- Must live in or close to Brentford to be able to travel here and be on time.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Availability to work around peak hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- You are looking to be part of a small, fast moving, flexible team with creativity and flair in mind
- You like to show initiative and want to be part of a positive and productive working environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
- Packaging food and beverages for sale.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Food preparation of our daily menu items
- Cooking our brunch menu to order
- Maintaining excellent food presentation
- Maintaining a high level of food safety and cleanliness
- Stock control and management
- Ordering and receiving deliveries
