Facilities Co-ordinator

With 7 care homes throughout Fife, we are placed in the heart of the communities with local people at our core.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, assinging jobs
- Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any issues
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal facility performance
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and renovations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Assist in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a facilities management setting
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to supervise a team effectively, providing clear instructions and feedback
- Understanding of plumbing,heating, electrical and joinery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
