As Security Operations Centre Operator, you will ensure that the service is managed and supported at a coal face level through the demonstrable service delivery of SOC operations
You will deliver the immediate operational needs and compliance with the private security industry act and associated standards through the SOC.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Be a fully integrated member of the duty team to deliver all operational needs safely and in line with current legislation
- Be a user of IT & Analytics, Sustainability, Safety, Health & Wellbeing and Customer experience concepts and solutions
- Support the coal face and sector leadership, key accounts and other services on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure that all deployed assets are safe, and incidents are managed to conclusion or escalation
- Deliver daily reporting including productivity and labour effectiveness
**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- Working in a Security Operations Centre
- Working with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
- Familiarity with process development and/or incident management experience
- Ability to communicate efficiently within a team environment
- A report writing skill
