Architectural Assistant.
Our established and well know client based on the outskirts of Shrewsbury is looking for an Architectural Assistant to join their growing and already very successful office team.
You will be working for a multi-award nominated company leading the future of their industry and have excellent training and support as well as the prospects of rapid progression.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

- Working on design projects throughout all RIBA stages; producing and coordinating design outputs including (but not limited to); drawings, specifications, room data sheets and visuals
- Produce, co-ordinate and manage accurate building information models using Autodesk
- Ensuring statutory regulation and planning compliance on all projects
- Using Revit and other 3D software in accordance with company procedures, contract documents and all relevant design standards
- Assisting in the production of high-quality 3D renders for presentation purposes
- Revit user or another BIM tool.
- Part 1 Architectural Assistant or Part 2 Architectural Assistant.
- Portfolio of student work and professional experience.
- Minimum of 2:1 degree in Architecture.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 - £35,000.00 dependent on experience, permanent.
Location: Telford. (Office based)
Hours: 37.5 hours a week 08:30-17:00 Monday
- Thursday & 8:30-15:45 Friday - 45 minutes for lunch at 13:00pm.
