Our Client are a unique blend, with a 10 year-old presence in Fradley Park, Lichfield, a pioneering company with ambitions to grow and share their passion. Following a decade of ongoing investment and development they are looking for a FLT Counterbalance Driver/Machine Operator to join their team offering excellent salary of £35,300 per annum.

FLT Counterbalance Driver/Machine Operator - Main duties are as follows:

- 80/20 split in machine operating and forklift operations
- Operating counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner
- Unloading pallets of products off end of the production line
- Taking pallets of products into warehouse for stock
- Palletising
- To be aware of products to be run at the start of each shift and ensure the correct labels are available.
- To ensure specification sheet is followed at all times.
- Ensure all bottling is conducted in accordance with Company hygiene requirements.
- Feed all line equipment with required materials.
- Participate in line equipment changes as required.
- Identify and rectify basic faults.
- Visual quality inspection.

FLT Counterbalance Driver/Machine Operator - Additional details:

- Ability to work 12-hour Day and Night shifts (0500-1700 / 1700-0500) 3 on 3 off rotating shift basis
- 12-week Temp to Perm with regular hours, overtime and long term prospects
- Working at a modern state-of-the-art factory environment
- Must have a valid Counterbalance certificate

FLT Counterbalance Driver/Machine Operator - Benefits:

- Salary equivalent £35,300 with OTE up to £40,000 per annum
- Saturday and 4th shift paid £18.30 Days and £20.74 Nights
- Sunday shift paid at £24.40 Days and £26.84 Nights
- £1,000 bonus per annum (paid every 6 months)
- Paid breaks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,300.00-£40,000.00 per year
