Our client is a Commercial Facilities Management company who are looking for a Multiskilled Carpenter to join their growing team on a permanent basis

This is a diverse role for a reactive maintenance company so you are sure to be busy

You will work Monday - Friday circa 40 hours but some flexibility to work on call, weekends and later into the evening will be required. They have good overtime rates so you will be compensated for this as well as being provided with a Van and Fuel cardto get around

**Day to day Responsibilities**
- Carrying out routine PPM tasks, reactive works, and small projects
- Building-related tasks including repairs to doors, tiling, plastering, flooring, and general carpentry - perhaps even some basic plumbing
- Attending callouts/breakdowns and carrying out remedial repairs and replacements
- Providing materials lists and time estimates for return remedial works

**Requirements**:
Full driving License

Clear DBS (or able to pass a company DBS check)

Customer Focused

Great awareness of Health and Safety

Experienced Carpenter with Multitrade abilities
