We are delighted to bring this position to market on behalf of our client DorSuite Ltd. DorSuite Ltd are a leading Door Manufacturer providing bespoke Door Suites made onsite in our Factory's located in Aberdeen and North Wales. They are a family business with strong core values that rely on their team collaboration, respect, sustainability and quality.

Due to the ongoing success of the North Wales Factory which has continued growth planned, a dedicated HR presence to support our onsite team is felt a positive step forward for the business.

This role will be very varied to working directly with Managers, Team Leaders and Teams on the Factory Floor to provide essential HR support as well as encouraging a positive culture and employee initiatives to engage the team. The HR Advisor will have support from a wider HR Team who are outsourced through The HR Booth so although this will be a standalone position on site this is not a standalone HR role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing general HR advice and best practice
- Supporting the role out of HR Processes and systems to ensure site compliance
- Completing the onsite Onboarding for all new employees
- Support with any face to face recruitment requirements to support our Internal Recruiter
- Carrying out necessary HR Admin for the site
- Keeping the HR System up to date
- Proactively managing absences, misconduct or other HR issues

**What we need from you**:

- Previous demonstrable HR Experience at an Advisory level or senior assistant
- HR Qualification achieved or working towards
- Experience of the Manufacturing industry preferred
- Problem Solving skills, ability to address challenges with creative and practical solutions
- Ability to coach Managers towards the business outcomes
